Styled images show the collection mood. Product pages include available product and variant images; screen color and printed color can differ slightly.

Use the measurements on the product page and compare them with a similar garment you already own. Made-to-order products are not automatically exchangeable for a different size.

Use the private order link from your receipt. When tracking is available, the order page links directly to the carrier.

Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. Then contact Order Help with the order number so the shipment can be reviewed.

Contact Order Help within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item, packaging, and issue. Eligible manufacturing or fulfillment problems can be reviewed for a replacement or refund.

Because physical items are made to order, buyer’s-remorse returns and size or color exchanges are not generally accepted. This does not limit rights that apply under local consumer law.
